Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

EOOS (the Email Outreach Operative System) provides autonomous cold outreach for B2B businesses. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it. It applies to visitors of this website and to people who book a call with us. It does not cover the data we process when running outreach campaigns for clients; that is governed by the agreement we sign with each client.

For anything in this policy, you can reach us at privacy@eoos.io.

2. What we collect

We collect information in three ways.

Information you give us when booking a call. Our booking flow asks for your name, your work email address, your company name, a short description of how outbound happens in your business today, an optional description of who you want to reach, and the day and time you pick for the call. The two questions about your outreach are there so we can prepare a useful conversation; the optional audience field becomes the starting point of your campaign brief if we end up working together.

Analytics. We use Vercel Analytics to understand how the website is used. It is a cookieless tool that collects aggregated, anonymized data such as page views, referrers, device type, and country. It does not identify you personally and does not follow you across other websites.

Technical logs. Like most websites, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps) for security and reliability purposes.

3. How we use your information

We use the information you give us to:

Schedule and hold the call you booked, including sending you the calendar invite and a short brief before the meeting. Prepare for that conversation using what you told us about your outreach and your target audience. Follow up with you about the call and, if you ask us to, about working together. Improve this website using aggregated analytics.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use the details you share in the booking flow for anything other than the conversation you asked for.

4. Legal bases

Where the GDPR or similar laws apply, we rely on the following legal bases: taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (handling your booking and holding the call), our legitimate interest in operating and securing this website (technical logs and analytics), and your consent where we ask for it, such as when you accept this policy before confirming a booking. You can withdraw consent at any time.

5. Who we share it with

We share personal information only with the service providers we need to operate: our hosting and analytics provider (Vercel), and the calendar and email tools we use to schedule and hold your call. These providers process data on our behalf under their own data protection commitments. We do not share your information with advertisers or data brokers. We may disclose information if the law requires it.

6. Retention

We keep booking information for as long as we are in an active conversation with you, and for up to 24 months after our last contact, so that we have context if you come back. If you ask us to delete your information sooner, we will. Aggregated analytics contain no personal information and may be kept longer.

7. Security

The website is served over HTTPS. Booking information is stored with access limited to the people who need it to prepare and hold your call. We do not store passwords or payment details through this website. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but if we ever become aware of a breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you as required by law.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its processing, receive it in a portable format, and lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@eoos.io and we will respond within 30 days.

9. International transfers

Our service providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States. Where that happens from the European Economic Area, transfers rely on safeguards such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

10. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be flagged on the website. Continuing to use the site after a change means the new version applies.

11. Contact

Questions, requests, or complaints: privacy@eoos.io. We read everything.
